Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, connecting a cloud storage account, or otherwise using DixDrive (the "Service", "we", "us"), you ("you") agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). They are a binding agreement between you and DixDrive.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use DixDrive.

Signing in: You can sign in with Google, or with an email address and a password that you confirm with a code we email you. Each email address uses one of these methods. Keep your Google account or your password safe: you are responsible for everything done while signed in as you.

Forgotten passwords: If you forget your password, you can reset it with a code sent to your email address. Resetting it signs you out on every device.

Who can use DixDrive: You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use DixDrive only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

A view over your own clouds: DixDrive connects the cloud storage accounts you already have and lets you browse, search, and organize them in one place. We keep details about your files (names, sizes, types, and folder paths), not the files themselves. Your files stay in your cloud accounts.

How files move: Uploads and downloads go straight between your device and your cloud accounts where the provider allows it. Otherwise they pass through our servers in memory on the way, and are never saved there.

Independent service: DixDrive is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, Box, Yandex, MEGA, pCloud, or any other storage provider.

Their terms still apply: You are responsible for following the terms, acceptable use policies, and storage limits of every cloud account you connect.

No getting around storage limits: DixDrive does not merge or bypass your providers' storage limits. Each upload goes into one of your connected accounts, based on its free space and the routing you have set up.

Please use DixDrive fairly. You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or try to break our security or get around our rate limits.
• Use DixDrive to spread malware or illegal content through your cloud accounts.
• Reverse engineer or decompile DixDrive, or try to extract its source code.
• Resell, rent out, or commercially exploit DixDrive without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Free to use: DixDrive is free. There is no subscription and no limit on how many cloud accounts you can connect.

Your files are safe from us: DixDrive never deletes files in your cloud accounts on its own. Files are only moved, renamed, or deleted when you ask for it.

Your content: Everything you manage through DixDrive stays yours. We claim no ownership of your files.

Our work: The DixDrive software, interface, name, logo, and design belong to DixDrive.

DIXDRIVE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, DIXDRIVE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING OUTAGES AT, OR ACTIONS TAKEN BY, THIRD-PARTY CLOUD PROVIDERS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute about them will be settled only in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
